We would like to first and foremost give a big shoutout to Mr. Brian William Janzing and the Theta Iota chapter at Washington St. University. We woke up at 5 tired and sore and they were cooking us a massive breakfast of pancakes eggs and sausage. It was a huge moral boost that really fueled us all to finish our day. We then went on an 80 mile ride through the vast farmlands and rolling hills as we headed east towards Walla Walla. For lunch we were treated with the best hospitality as from the Mr. James Peterson and the Walla Walla Community College. They did not only feed us but invited us to bring our swimsuits to jump in the pool and hang out in the hot tub. It was like Christmas for us all. When we arrived at the Walla Walla YMCA and were treated to warm showers and even an open gym were a friendly pickup basketball game even broke out. So a big shoutout to our sponsor Mr. Brandy Svilich for hosting us. We ended our day in a truly unbelievable way as Mrs. Cyndy Knight and the Walla Walla Valley Disability Network hosted us for dinner and a friendship visit. We arrived to a dinner fit for kings with every possible dish imaginable it was incredible for the team considering we are always excited to eat delicious food! We then were blessed to be able to spend time meeting those involved with the network. We spent time talking, laughing, and playing all sorts of games in the park. It was a truly amazing place and I just want to say thank you again to all the sponsors that made it possible.
