Riding a bicycle over 4,200 miles may not seem like a great way to spend a summer. But for three groups of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity brothers from chapters across the United States, The Ability Experience's Journey of Hope ride is something they would never give up.

A group of fraternity brothers are riding their bikes across the country to raise awareness and money for people with disabilities.

A contingent of fraternity men peddling across the nation as part of The Ability Experience arrived in Terrell Monday morning and were greeted with a swimming pool, air conditioned motel rooms, hearty meals and a warm welcome.

Driving the same distance will take about 40 hours. Cycling that, however, is a whole different trek.
