Journey of Hope Making Headlines

Every stop along the Journey of Hope was an opportunity to change lives and build lasting friendships.

Throughout the summer, the men of Pi Kappa Phi cycled across the country as part of the Journey of Hope, bringing the mission of The Ability Experience to communities from coast to coast. Along the way, Friendship Visits created meaningful connections with people with disabilities and local organizations, reminding us that the greatest impact often happens when we slow down, spend time together and simply connect.

Those moments didn’t go unnoticed. Local news outlets across the country shared stories highlighting the Journey of Hope teams, the communities that welcomed them and the lives touched through each Friendship Visit. These stories captured the joy, service and purpose that defined the Journey of Hope while helping preserve these memories long after the cyclists reached their final destinations.

We are grateful to every community, organization and volunteer who welcomed our teams with open arms. Your support made this journey possible and helped advance our mission of building a more inclusive world.

Explore the media coverage below to see how communities across America shared the story of the Journey of Hope.
