Anne Havard

Anne currently serves as a vice president at Lafayette Square, a national investment firm, where she works directly with portfolio companies to address workforce challenges and improve worker financial health. Previously, she served as a policy advisor for two mayoral administrations in Nashville and for the Tennessee Department of Human Services, where she led citywide and statewide initiatives to increase economic mobility. Anne grew up attending Pi Kappa Phi Supreme Chapter as the daughter of Frank Havard, a past Mr. Pi Kappa Phi and an initiate of the Gamma Phi Chapter (South Alabama). A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Anne lives in Austin, Texas.
