There’s More to Experience.

50th Anniversary Ride Along

August 4–8, 2027 | Philadelphia to Washington, D.C.
Three days. 155 miles. 50 years of impact.

In 2027, The Ability Experience celebrates 50 years of creating opportunities, building connections and advancing the inclusion of people with disabilities.

We’re marking this milestone with a special experience that brings together the people who have helped make our mission possible.

Join us for the 50th Anniversary Ride Along, a three-day cycling experience from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C., culminating in Pi Kapp Alumni Reunion 2027 and The Ability Experience’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.

Whether you’re a former Journey of Hope cyclist, a longtime supporter or someone ready to experience our mission in a new way, you’re invited to be part of this anniversary celebration.

There’s more to experience. Your next adventure starts here.

One Ride. Generations of Impact.

For 50 years, The Ability Experience has brought people together through service, challenged perceptions of disability and created experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Along the way, thousands of people have become part of our story.

Some have cycled across the country. Others have served at Ability Camps, raised funds, supported our programs or helped build relationships with people with disabilities in communities nationwide.

The 50th Anniversary Ride Along is an opportunity to celebrate that shared history while helping create what’s next.

Over three days, participants will cycle 155 miles from Pennsylvania’s Amish country through the rolling hills of Gettysburg and Maryland before arriving in Washington, D.C.

Along the way, you’ll reconnect with old friends, build new friendships and share an experience rooted in the mission that has connected generations of supporters.

And when the ride ends, the celebration continues. Participants will join Pi Kapp Alumni Reunion 2027 and The Ability Experience’s 50th Anniversary Celebration in Washington, D.C., bringing together brothers and supporters from across the country to recognize five decades of service and impact.

Be Part of the Next 50 Years

The Ability Experience began with a belief that service could bring people together and create meaningful change.

Fifty years later, that belief continues to inspire new generations.

The 50th Anniversary Ride Along is an opportunity to celebrate the people, friendships and experiences that brought us here while helping make the next 50 years possible.

Reconnect with the mission. Celebrate the legacy. Create another unforgettable experience.

There’s more to experience.
