Anne Havard

Anne currently serves as chief operating officer at Worker Solutions, supporting employers nationwide in addressing workforce challenges and improving worker financial health. Previously, she served as a vice president at Lafayette Square, a private credit firm lending capital to growing middle-market companies in working-class places. Anne also served as a policy advisor for two mayoral administrations in Nashville and for the Tennessee Department of Human Services, where she led citywide and statewide initiatives to increase economic mobility. Anne grew up attending Pi Kappa Phi Supreme Chapter as the daughter of Frank Havard, a past Mr. Pi Kappa Phi and an initiate of the Gamma Phi Chapter (South Alabama). A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Anne lives in Nashville, TN.
